LASS Customizing L.L.P. is a family owned business. We put every effort into making sure our
customers are taken care of and that your order is completed on time and done right to meet
your expectations. Every item is properly cleaned and prepared prior to any color coat applied.
Preparing the part before coating is the most important step and there are no shortcuts. Our
system cleans your parts with an alkaline detergent spray at high pressure and heated to 185
degrees Fahrenheit. The part is then bead blasted to remove any prior covering and rust, then it
is washed again. The parts are then rinsed and treated with iron phosphate to protect against
rust. After the powder is applied the part is thoroughly inspected for any flaws and contaminates.
If there are any problems the part is redone until it is perfect. We believe in doing it right! We
want to meet your expectations. Simply coating over old powder or paint is not what we do. In
order to give our customers the best product possible all work is taken down to bare metal. The
cost is higher but worth it in the long run.
